AVG Anti-Spyware is being somewhat over-enthusiastic, and currently classifies the latest BitMeter installer as a Trojan horse. I have reported the matter to GriSoft, who will update their threats database in the near future. Many thanks to Tom Colby for bringing this to my attention!
